The Data Subject is guaranteed the exercise of the following rights:
- Right of access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, the right to access his or her personal data and information such as (i) the purposes for which the data is processed; (ii) the categories of personal data concerned; (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and whether those recipients are established in third countries or are members of international organisations; (iv) the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period.
- Right of rectification: right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her. In the event of incomplete data, the data subject shall have the right to have his/her personal data completed by means of an additional declaration.
- Right to Data Portability: the right to receive personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit such data to another controller without the possibility for the controller to whom the personal data have been provided to prevent this, provided that: (i) the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
- Right of opposition: the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them, if the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by RODRISAUTO or by third parties, except where the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject require protection of personal data, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If and when personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for that purpose.
- Right to erasure of data: right to obtain the erasure of his personal data if (i) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; or (ii) withdraw consent if this is the sole ground for processing the data; or if (iii) there is no other legal basis for such treatment; or if (iv) by exercising the right to object to processing there are no compelling legitimate interests which would justify the processing; or where (v) personal data have been unlawfully processed; or if (vi) the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation arising from Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.
- Right to treatment limitation: right to obtain the limitation of processing, if (i) to contest the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling the controller to verify their accuracy; or if (ii) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use; or if (iii) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or where (iv) having exercised the right to object, until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
5. Form of exercise of the Data Subject’s rights:
The Data Holder may exercise any of their rights, identified above, by contacting RODRISAUTO, preferably through e-mail stand@rodrisauto.pt, identifying in the subject matter the Right that it aims to exercise. You can also do so by writing to RODRISAUTO at

The Data Subject is also entitled to complain to the Supervisory Authority ( Comissão Nacional de protecção de Dados – www.cnpd.pt).
- Conservation period of the collected data:
The personal data collected in this website shall be kept for the period of time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are used, up to a maximum of 3 years. RODRISAUTO may keep them for different periods of time if other interactions are established resulting in the conclusion of a contract between the owner of the data and RODRISAUTO or the need for data processing arises from other legal purposes.
- Sharing information with third parties:
The present website, by default, does not share visitors’ personal data with third parties.
However, if you perform any operation which involves sharing your data with third parties, you will be duly informed, and you will also be informed of the identity of the third party recipients and the purpose of the processing of the shared data.
In case of sharing personal data as described, the data will only be communicated if the visitor has given his consent, namely through the confirmation of access to a certain operation that implies data sharing, after having been informed of this.
